I constantly laugh to myself in private and in public because I always have funny thoughts going through my head. Is there a way I can refrain from laughing (e.g. socializing more), and getting over my introvertedness? Thanks.

ok i just need help with my belly fat. i am not that fat but i wanna lose all of it. i also wanna lose my chest fat.
