I've given oral sex to my partner (1.5 years together) many, many times but am unable to bring him to climax. He claims he's never been able to achieve an orgasm in this way. We are very close and have no problem with communication. The relationship is experiencing no problems and have an exceptionally active sex life.

You may not be doing anything wrong. I also have a *lot* of difficulty climaxing this way. In fact, I can count on my fingers the number of times over the last 25 years. My guess is that it bothers you more than it does him. I have often found that it becomes an ego thing with women. Don't do that. If he's fine, just enjoy everything and let him orgasm another way.

some people are either very hard or impossible to take to climax orally, don't worry if it was you doing something wrong then he would not ask or allow you to do it, just enjoy the fact that it makes him feel good and move on to something new and fun to get him to climax.....good luck

Some men needs some help, like being masturbated while being fellated, since licking and sucking does not fully 'jumpstart' their body to start ejaculating.
However, constant fellatio (licking and sucking) is very much welcome since it heightens the sensation of sex, and the effect on men being fellated is awesome.

Does he WANT you to do this, or are you insisting on doing this to him whether he asks you to or not? If he feels like you are 'forcing' him to climax, that MAY be what is turning him off.
