I always run 5 miles a day 5 days a week....and i still havent lost my fat. I need advice on how to lose body fat percent, please.

It takes a lot of cardio to burn fat. It's much easier to eat a bit less.
The best way to burn fat quickly is to intensively exercise large muscle groups but if you are young this kind of exercise is not recommended.
Combine sensible eating (no junk, no coca-cola) with some resistance work (such as press-ups and pull-ups) and some cardio (Running, cycling or swimming for example).

you may be running a lot.. which i can't believe by the way. 5 miles .. i can barely run 1. BUT ANYWAYS... try changing your diet a bit. lots of water also helps. a minor change in your daily lifestyle can always affect your body from what i've heard.
