Arms are small muscles and don't need much growth stimulation.
Twice a week at most.
15 years of powerlifting experience.

Ideally, you should never lift weights every day, unless you worked on different muscle groups each day.

When you lift, you are actually breaking down your muscles, so that your muscles will rebuild and repair themselves, resulting in stronger muscles.

So, if you keep lifting and focusing on your arms every day, you will constantly be breaking them down, and not allowing them to rebuild.

The result will be less than what you hoped for, and awfully sore (and perhaps weaker), too.

yes it would but you need to make sure you lift weights in moderation and don't lift too heavy weights to start with. built up to heavy weights slowly. and make sure you maintain a good diet. filling up on junk food while lifting weights will simply turn fat into muscle temporarily and a slight lapse in exercise can turn it into flab whereas carefully built up muscles will last.

Work on one body zone a day, once a week, then add an arobic exercise like running.

no over working your muscle will strain them and you could seriously injure them and yourself
