You have to get your heart rate (pulse) up. If you go to a gym...get on a stairmaster or elliptical...turn the resistance up and stay on it for at least 30 minutes (recommended for all cardio) and trust me...you'll be sweating buckets.

I tend not to sweat as much if I'm running outside where it's more ventilated or with a breeze, but if I'm inside on a stationary bike or elliptical machine with no circulation, I sweat a whole lot more.

wear a sweat suit and work out even harder run faster and drink a lot of water. if you take a steam bath this will open your pours which may be clogged then go work out some more but make sure you drink plenty of water.

i'm not sure what your exercise plan is but maybe try doing more cardio. that will get your heart rate pumping and cause you to sweat more. or you can look in your local sports store for special clothing that causes you to sweat more.

i would were several layers of sweats! that might help! it is also not healthy to not sweat a lot so don't over do it! sweating cools you down and if you don't sweat a lot you can over heat easily! that is what causes heat stroke! be careful!!!
