holy cow dont listen to these idiots, little bumps that arent oozing puss, and dont hurt to touch and dont really itch (maybe a little) thats fine, its kinda like freckles, completly harmless just there, you get them when you go through puberty and are completely natural, im pretty sure there called polyps, lotion is kinda bad for them, also there should be quite a few of them, warts come in very very small numbers, are huge, and hurt very bad to touch. still ifyou really r worried, c a doctor look at this link http://www.jackinworld.com/misc/z/bumps.html

If they are itchy and are colorful or just your skin color they can be some type of acne and will go away soon. If they are not itchy i would see the doc imeditly it could be some type of STD or cancer

Cedric1 is right! To me, it sounds like genital warts. I suggest that you go to a doctor so they give you a prescribed ointment or whatever.
