There is a hole in my ear, not the ear canol, but above the ear canol I have a hole. In both of my ears. What can this be?

The sleeveless season is approaching and no matter how often I shave, I always have a "midnight shade". I considered those over the counter skin bleaching creams, but somehow that just doesnt seem safe.

i have suffered years with acne and my doctor prescribed me clindamycin phosphate lotion...
it helped the first day i used it...it cleared out some bacteria...i guess...but after that...it doesn't do a thing...
i use it every day and night now, but it doesn't seem to do a thing! my acne is still here! and still red! and still gross!
what should i do?
i don't want a medication that is TOO strong because it scares me...the side effects and dangers...
my liver isn't that great so i don't want something that can really harm it...
any recommendations?(doctor prescribed)

i have acne basically mainly on my chin...
it is red and purpilish...most is like under the skin and kinda bumpy and...gross...i have seen my doctor and recieved antibiotics which aren't helping now...i have been stopping picking at my chin...and i drink lots of liquids...
is there anything special about the chin that can help me on my quest for good skin...
and...
should i try and get a boyfriend as quickly as possible and start having sex after only like 6 months or something(i'm a virgin)just so i can go on birth control and clear up my acne?
what should i do for my chin acne?
please help

Im a male and im already thinking of taking it again for the third time. The previous doctor told me that there is a 20% chance of failure and have to take it again. The first time I took it was 6 years ago. IT cured me but it came back a year and a half later. And it came back pretty bad as well. Then the second time I took it really cured me. Until now which is a 4 year time lapse since I took it. Although this time was not as bad as previous one, but I noticed that its getting worst and it could get worst if I dont control what I eat. So doctors,Im taking some medication but its not helping much., It got better but still not as effective as accutane would have. I mean I have to be very strict on what I eat yet it still comes out every now and then. I want to take the accutane again!
Although I know some of the potential consequences, I'm concern about any possible long term effect of taking this medication. Is there any long term effect? And should I consider taking it again?

I have these little bumps all over my legs. They look like little masquito bites, or like dry skin bumps. They itch just a little, but not very much. They are coating my legs too. Please tell me what is wrong with my legs!

I have oily skin in some places and dry spots in others. I have black heads on my cheeks and nose. My face is red and sometimes itchy. I have tried many products including acnefree, head and shoulders shampoo, natures cure, witch hazel, biore, clear pore, neutrogena advanced solutions, clearasil, a homemade face mask with honey,nutmeg, cinnamon, and lemon, clean and clear, oxy and olay. My mom says proactiv is to expensive and acnefree burns my face and sensitive skin products dont work at all. I have told my mom to take me to the dermatologist she keeps saying she will and keeps putting it off. What more can I do?

i cannot afford to get it lasered off, but its about 2 in 4in oval on my right shin.
every since i was little people have said things like OH WHAT DID YOU DO? what happened!!?? and they'd poke it and say does that hurt? Most of the time i just wear skirts or shorts without even noticing it is there until people stare at it in the halls (and it not even that noticeable) its like a medium brown color.
Would you be grossed out by this??
