I heard about oil of oregano at a health food store, and I read the book about it by Dr. Cass Ingram, but I'm not sure if it's a gimmick
or not. I need some strong stuff.

Pills give all the essentials - vitamins and minerals, which humans need, while water quenches your thirst. If there was a pill that made you feel full, would you be able to live off that? Hypothetical question.

I'm considering getting a vaporizer for my m.j. which I use only medically and don't want to smoke if there is a good alternative. I've never used a vaporizer before, so I don't know which ones are good, besides the volcano which is out of my price range. And, I don't know if hash can be vaporized for the THC the same way bud can.

I am overweight though not obese (on BMI). I am taking thyroxine for hypothyroidism and statins to lower my cholesterol. (both conditions run in my family and both are under control). I'd like to lose some weight around my middle but I do not want a fad diet again. I am taking regular exercise (just run 4.5 miles this evening) so I don't really need general weight loss advice I just thought I'd try Phytolacca Berry mother Tincture. thanks.

No-one can convince me that these supplements work. I think its all in their heads - they offer no scientific evidence to prove healing effects.

I have had two ACL reconstructions on one knee and I have patellar tendonitis on the other knee. Im worried about cartilage detioration and other knee degeneration in the future. From what I know cartilage has extremely poor blood supply so it canot heal itself. So if this is the case how does glucosomine work?

I know that ADD is partiallyl caused from a lack of serotonin which is also a major component in depression. Is there a way to "trick" your brain into producing more serontonin so that your brain doesn't jump from area to area as often.
