UNTIL AFTER THE OFFER RAN OUT. TALK ABOUT FRIGGIN' SNEAKY!
THE OFFER RAN OUT ON JANUARY 1ST 2007, OUR UNIT TOOK IT'S FINAL DUMP ON FEBRUARY 3RD, 2007, AND EVEN AFTER TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR, WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD NOT BE GIVEN THE SAME CONSIDERATION AS THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO RECEIVED REFUNDS OF THE REPAIR COST, EVEN THOUGH WE PURCHASED A FIRST-RELEASE UNIT THE SAME AS THEY DID. WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS NEVER OFFERED US REPAIR AS AN OPTION WITH OUT OTHER ISSUES, AND NEVER TOLD US THAT THE WARRANTY HAD BEEN EXTENDED.
