pokemon suggestoins?

Question

i have all pokemon games. cant wait until diamond/pearl come out. so here my question is.
what is the best pokemon and where to find it. it cant be legendary or one of the starters .

+Lapras is one of the best water/ice types. Good overall stats.
+Walrein-another good water/ice type with good stats
+Houndoom-fire/dark type good speed and attack but low defense
+Alakazam-good psychic type
+Dragonite-powerful dragon type
+Mageton-good steel and electric type

The rarest Pokemon is Deoxys but there is one problem there, Deoxys cant be found in the game. Some people even say it cant be found in all of America but i got 1. But the rarest one you can catch in an American game is probably Registeel, Regice, and Regirock. Hope you have fun looking for Deoxys and the Regi's if you don't have them already. Peace out! well i got celibi deoxis and all the other legendary i got all of them in shiny mode to but my favorite is jirachi because it always win contest. raquaza because it kills with outrage and lugia because its cool i got all of them by action replay

the best non legendary pokemon you can find in the wild is magicarp because even though its the most suckiest pokemon ever when it evolves its nothing to play around with because it will tear any body up. also you can catch a slugma and evlove it or a lotad they are very strong or you can simple catch a tallow and evolve ot into a swellow
