UNTIL AFTER THE OFFER RAN OUT. TALK ABOUT FRIGGIN' SNEAKY!
THE OFFER RAN OUT ON JANUARY 1ST 2007, OUR UNIT TOOK IT'S FINAL DUMP ON FEBRUARY 3RD, 2007, AND EVEN AFTER TALKING TO A SUPERVISOR, WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD NOT BE GIVEN THE SAME CONSIDERATION AS THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO RECEIVED REFUNDS OF THE REPAIR COST, EVEN THOUGH WE PURCHASED A FIRST-RELEASE UNIT THE SAME AS THEY DID. WHAT'S WORSE IS THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS NEVER OFFERED US REPAIR AS AN OPTION WITH OUT OTHER ISSUES, AND NEVER TOLD US THAT THE WARRANTY HAD BEEN EXTENDED.

ant to get your own back. Read my answer to Melok. Question should be next one after yours but if you can't find it type in xbox in search, go to advanced and tick open questions and you should find it. Good luck

i would call the people back and tell them how crappy they are and then contact one of you're friends who have an xbox360.
