Your pc can't even run Windows XP unless that's video ram alone.
Get a P4 Dual core procesor
2GB of system RAM
512 RAM Video card (ATI or NVidia)
Find out what type of RAM you system uses and buy the proper RAM sticks and pop them onto the board but remember RAM must be installed in pairs. Have someone do it for you.

That's not fast enough, try to find a new computer on sale, make sure it has a video card. I wouldn't run roller coaster tycoon 1 on your computer.

Usually the system specs come on the package tha you buy them in im sure it will be somwhere on the internet just google it :) probably on the companys site
