They tell me I have won a considerable sum, but have to open bank account etc. Don't believe its true but curious to know if anyone else has had the same experience. You of course have to deposit money in a bank account to open it, and then they deposit your winnnings..........mmm! This was sent to me via email and it was my email address that won the ticket - how did they get that ?

The state is shut down... no DMV or Vehicle inspection, no Gambling including horse races, lottery and Atlantic City, no State Parks, I think even courts are shut down. Anyone know why it is shut down or how long this will last?
