They are open
The state budget problem is over and they won't be closing down again any time soon.

They are open. Since the governor had some balls and did this, the legislators got off their butts and got to work. Funny what they can get done when they're feeling the pressure. Thumb's up to Gov. Corzine for making them DO THEIR JOBS.
