There is no such thing. If a horse was certain to win they would lay such bad odds you'd be lucky to win your stake back. But really there is no such thing as a certain winner.

I have known of a system that seems to work but you need 8 grand to start conmfortably. making money on horses is weird but can be done. I'm just afraid to do it even though I can prove it works (by checking results daily).
