I've played through like icewind dale I&II and nwn etc, but I was playing tabletop for the first time. (Dragonlance, not D&D) I picked out a half-ogre mystic (don't ask me why) and the GM had agreed to start us all off at level 3. But he has this crazy interpretation of "level adjustment" in the game, so that level adjustment +1 means that you start off LITERALLY at level 2 and you don't even have a class till then. So I'm a level 3 character, but I only have one level of mystic. I was under the impression, esp from icewind dale II, that the level adjustment simply affected the amount of experience I needed to go up a level. For example, if I'm like a dark elf fighter then I start off as a level 1 fighter but need more experience to level up.

I'm pretty confident about this rule, I'd just like confirmation so I can get more spells =P

(He put 3 of us against a level 9 minataur fighter. I got away, came back with 2 level 5 fighters and they both died too T_T )

My friend went to the trip to England.
I requested the purchase of the chess set to the friend.
My friend has bought the chess set at the Harrods (Knightsbridge).
The chess set that my friend had bought was £299(Receipt http://hazing7701.web.infoseek.co.jp/harai.jpg ) and a product of the company Named JAQUES.
I received this chess set from my friend who came back to Japan.
I was very surprised to see this chess set.
Because, there are two black queens, and is no black king. (Photograph http://hazing7701.web.infoseek.co.jp/2blackqueens.jpg )
The friend and I requested the exchange (a black queen -> a black king) to Harrods.
My friends and I contacted Harrods many times in the web mail, international phone calls, E-Mail (Mail_1 http://hazing7701.web.infoseek.co.jp/mail_1.jpg ), and the international mail (Mail_2 http://hazing7701.web.infoseek.co.jp/mail_2.jpg ).
However, even if two months pass, Harrods doesn't contact anything to us.
For this case, how does the British behave?

some games that my and my friends play all the time is apples to apples, catch phrase, scatgegories, scene it, pictionary, and that kind of stuff. We usually get tired of playing the same ol concept games. We love to laugh and silly stuff so an exciting humurous game would be nice. Any ideas?

I recently saw a board game at Wal-Mart. The basic premise was that you were given a phrase (The lawn mower is broken.) and you have to say the phrase in a way that conveys a certain emotion (i.e. sexy, angry, ecstatic.etc.) Just knowing the name would be helpful. A web site will earn you my unending gratitude.

you have to pay something and you don't have ANY money?? Do you "loan" out from the bank and go deeper in debt? Or do you skip a turn...??? I've looked over and over again in the instructions and I don't see ANYTHING that specifies what to do in that situation.

Can anybody help me out w/this??
THANKS!

Hello everyone! I just got my new Macintosh computer and cable internet connection :) I am a Scrabble freak and heard that you can play Scrabble online on your computer.

Do you know a website where I can go and play Scrabble for free? Thank you in advance.
