It depends on who is playing, theres no rules that state either way... Some people roll both again and then others just reroll the one that rolled off the board... Whatever you would like to do is fine : )

In all games that my group plays, we say that you only reroll dice that fell off, leave the others as they were.

We usually yell "count it" before the die hits the floor and just go with whatever number comes up. Otherwise, I'd just reroll the one die.

If you are playing with children, rolling both is better...it teaches them that making mistakes is ok, and trying over is alright too. I remember when I played as a child, and as a parent, we always rolled the dice into the box, so it wouldn't do strange things like jumping off of the table, or knocking stuff over.

I normally roll just the die that fell off

I think just roll the one that fell off otherwise it is like getting a free turn if you didn't like what you rolled. My greedy part says roll them all...my fair play part says only roll the one that fell. Mmm
