Ok I am 13 and I am afriand of most anything but most of like carnival rides. And my family gets upset because I won't ride anything. THey only thing I ride are like the himalaya and scrambler....that sort of stuff.And they get very angry and I try to explain to them that i just don'twant to do it.....i am scared of stuff like that......what can I do to help me loosen up?

when i talked about roller coasters at home or at school with friends, i was just showing off my words that roller coasters were stupid and they were nothing to go on..but when i saw the ones at the theme park, i nearly pissed in my trousers and i regretted i had slipped my tongue..anywayz i didn't even get onto one, and all my friends laughed at me..i was simply scared of my life..they just walked into the thing as though they were entering their bedroom..how's that possible and how can i get that confidence to get onto roller coasters and other dangerous rides like them?

ok i went to the tower of terror ride at disneys mgm studios. i got into the elevator and sat down. i buckled the seat belt that there was. as we started to rise i started to panic because nobody had any thing like a lab bar of shulder bar only a cheap waist seat belt. luckily i was sitting on the side of one of the elevators and there was this little grab bar i held on to during each drop.so what im asking is is there a lapbar on the ride and if not is it safe with just the seat belt.

whenever they show the ride on the travel channel they show a black lap bar for each person.
