If anyone out there knows of the piece I'm describing please let me know. I use it with my Dremel but it may not be a Dremel part as it was given to me about 10 years ago. It will cut into wood about 1/4" of an inch and is very thin.

So I'm helping a friend out who's on a quest to remember this toy she had when she was little. According to her they were small plastic cats that were sort of like my little pony in the sense that they were out of that same plastic-y material and they had similar hair. They came in multiple colors and she believes that some were scented and that they came in different colors. Now she's not sure on this last bit, but she thinks that when you dipped their toes in warm water some magic nail polish appeared. She said she found "My Little Kitty" which was similar, but not it. So anyone got any clues to my (friend's) mystery item?
