Ok, say you are sad and Mad. Listening to shrink tapes just do not do the trick. I want to shop on ebay. If I do, I will have to put it on my charge card. What to do? Should I charge?

I understand being sad and mad. Recently disabled has left me feeling the same. Before you buy from ebay, make sure you check the info on the seller. This is my list but I'm sure there are others: 1. How long have they been an ebay SELLER. Ebay combines ratings with buying and selling so they may have been buying for a while but only selling for a short while. 2) Check their reviews and rating. 3) If at all possible, use a credit card and not a debit card. 4. Make your first purchase and note the day you buy it. You should receive an email within 24 hrs and it should ship with 48 hrs. Good sellers send emails letting you know they received your order and the shipping date and follow that up with the UPS or Fed Ex tracking number.

Good luck!

Rebecca

Don't go along with your feelings. Feelings can be very messed up, and lead you in the wrong direction. Perhaps call a friend and go out for a bite to eat? Or go to the mall and get some exercise while you shop. But keep this in mind

"Wisdom is not doing something now that you will regret later"

Do you want to charge a bunch of money on your card? You'll have to pay it back eventually! Maybe go to a craft store and sign up for some crafting lessons (if you don't have a hobby already). I feel the best thing one can do when they're feeling bad is go and help someone else, even if you don't feel like it. It'll make you feel SO much better! Or pick up the bible, that ALWAYS helps me. Read the book of John.

go for a walk, read a book, go help at a nursing home or a child care center, buying things doesnt cure anything.
