i need help every time it pops up it has an error report

It would help to know what the error report is. The Sims 2 takes up a huge amount of memory to run (about 3 gigs) and your computer may not have enough RAM or hard drive space to run it. Perhaps you don't have the right sound card or video card. Look up the system requirements on this site and see if you have everything the game requires. Good luck.

Your video card may not be good enough to handle it. This is a common problem when your video card is insufficient for the sims 2 body shop component.
