The favorite is Piacenza. You have to lay 180 to win 100 or 18 to win 10 if you wish. You can bet whatever you want, but it will pay slightly more than half of your bet. Odds are 5:9.
The second favorite is Draw. You bet 100 to win 215 or $10 to win $21.50. Odds are a little better than 2:1
The least favorite is Modena. You bet 100 to win 540 or $10 to win $54. Odds are almost 11:2.

Those bets are each base on $100
Piacenza -180 means you need to bet 180 dollars on Piacenza to win -- win 100 dollars if they win
Modena +540 means you need to bet 100 dollars on Modena to win -- and win 540 dollars if they win
Draw +215 means you need to bet 100 dollars that it will be a draw -- and if it is you win 215
minus sign means bet that amount to win 100
plus sign means bet 100 to win that amount
