my playstation message board isnt working so maybe someone out here knows if the seagull that is eating the guys guts is killable once he is flying around after i finished off all the other kills for that area . the guy that is chained up on the statues arm. thanks

Just hit him so he is hanging then continue on talking the path that goes down where u clime down the wall and keep going when you get the bow make your way back and shoot him down.
I do not think you can kill the bird because you have nothing to hit it with.
