When I retire from the military, I want to become a programmer or hardware developer. But with videogames having a younger target audience, I'm afraid 39 is too old. Any opinions?

There are a few lottories outside the UK I'd like to participate in. Thinking it wasn't possible unless you were in the country, I found "www.thelotter.com". It looks genuine, but something tells me it's a scam, because, I don't see any logical way you'd be able to clain the prices, when most say you have to reside within the country. Even if it worked, it certainly wouldn't be legal, and there would be a middle man claiming the price for you; if you were to win.

Can anyone shed any light on it?

How many people out there can remember seeing the board game Monopoly using the British spelling (Go to Gaol) instead of the American spelling (Go to Jail) ?

The spelling Gaol is sometimes mistaken for Goal.

I will be attending a conference next month and I am putting together a demo portfolio (composer). I was wondering what ideas you guys had that would be cost effecient. Here's what I would LIKE (but is too expensive).

- 30 Customized folders with my logo, name, and contact information on the front.
- Business card holder in the front sleeve of the folder
- CD holder in the 2nd sleeve
- Fasteners to put paper (certificate paper) information on cd, biography, scores, etc.

Now of course, the customized part is nearly $150+ alone, and I really don't want to spend more then $70-80. This needs to look as professional as possible, but keep a creative idea intact.

Things I need:

- My name on front somehow that won't look tacky
- Place to put my business card in the folder
- Area for a CD or atleast enough room to stick an adhesive CD sleeve on it.

We loaded the new windows vista and I lost all my games. I don't know how to reload them without buying them again. I have Diner Dash 2 and Spongebob Diner Dash. I don't have the registration keys. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them to send them or what I should do?

I've recently gotten an xbox 360 for christmas, but it didn't come with a harddrive. I had a original xbox before this, but when i got xbox 360, i assumed you could play xbox games on it too. so i gave my xbox away and still have loads of xbox games. so i tried to play a regular xbox game and it said i needed a hardrive. i got a hardrive and now it's telling me that it doesn't support it and updates may be available. has this happened to anyone already? can you even play regular xbox games on xbox 360, or did i just waste loads of money on a hardrive for nothing? please help. what should i do?

remember a purple caped (there may have been other colored capes) short/fat doll whose eyes (just little bulbs) blinked when lights went off or you walked by it? I had this doll about 20 years ago. It made some kind of crazy noise and it's eyes blinked....it sounded so funny. I don't remember it having any other face features, just the bulb eyes. I'm dying to figure out what the doll was called, i'm thinking it was from star wars but i'm not sure.
