I love the L.A. County Fair and go every year at least once. I don't necessarily think that it is cheaper than an Amusement Park. It may be cheaper to get in but they really soak you on the ride tickets. I enjoy all of the different food and the exhibits. They are also a good place to do shopping because of the unique things you can find. Last year at the L.A. County fair, they had snow and ice skating inside one of the exhibit buildings and that was pretty "cool" because it was about 105 degrees outside!

yeah I love going to county fairs with friends especially if it is one with a country concert like the strawberry festival in Florida

They're alright. I never go on the rides though...they look too "rickety" for me, like they could fall apart any second. I mainly just go for the food and the shopping and expositions. And we usually wait to go during the early evening so it's not so insanely hot (the two I go to here are always in the summer and early fall, when it's really hot during the day).

I love fairs it's like a cheap and convienent Amusement Park. Cheaper food and tickets. They are like the Mcdonalds of amusements parks: cheap, fun and they're everywhere!

Love to go with my Dad. It is tradition that is passed down from when he was a little boy, and I grew up going with him. We like to see the car show and all the free exhibits, and maybe grab a dollar dog. It is very nostalgic for me thats why I like it.
