it's not really a game per say, it's something that two people we are flirting do with their feet under a table. They rub their feet against the other person's calves, ankles and feet. It's supposed to be secret because nobody else at the table is supposed to know it's going on.

Footsies isn't really a game.
It's a little flirting thing. You and your crush/girlfriend kick(not too hard) each others feet. There is no way to win or loose. And there are no rules. It's not really a game.
Little kids usually do it. I've never heard of a married couple playing footsies!

when usually a couple play under the table with their foots. they find it romantic almost like kissing or something. but i find it stupid. if you are playing footsie just stop and start making out with each other. i mean really that's what you are implying. i mean really you are just cuddling with your foot under a table or when having sex.

It just means that twp people play around with each others' feet under the table or in bed. It's like putting your feet on you girlfriend's feet and moving them around in a playful way.
