I love crocheting. I absolutely love it. In fact, I just don't think I can live without it. But I'm having problems lately. I made a hat, made sure the gague matched perfectly, and followed the directions exactly; the hat came out waaaay too big. I made an amigurumi mushroom the other night, and while it came out really cute, it looks nothing like the pattern. Again, I followed the directions exactly. Is it me, or is it the patterns? Are there any books I can look into that will give me good tips?

It was really cute. It had a green hooded outfit, a flat face, and when you covered and then uncovered his eyes it giggled or chirped, as well as, the eyes blinking or flashing. okay, i was looking for this old arcade game that i believe was on the neo geo machine. when i played it, the coin-op had a three-in-one selection. one game was a puzzle game with bubbles and the other two were side scroling almost similar. i think the name was midnight marauders but i'm not sure. can anyone give me in depth info on this and maybe where i can find the rom and emulator...? I want to get my 7-year old niece a computer game for Christmas. When I find one, I cannot tell if it will be to hard for her. She is not into really "girly" stuff. She loves spider man and trucks! My 14 year old son is addicted to computer games! He gets angry if he cant play! Taking the computer away starts world war 3! We recently moved and all his old friends are online playing it. My daughter says he has friends at school, but noone calls or comes over. I have resorted to unplugging the internet at night, but he whines and complains terribly! He even has snuck into my room to plug the internet back in, in the middle of the night! His grades are okay and hes basically a good kid. I have tried talking to him but he just gets angry. He does little around the house and its like pulling teeth to get him to take the trash out. Just taking it away is torture for me! He plays soccer but season is over right now and getting him involved with any thing else is not gonna happen. What can I do? I dont like to yell. Help! Im afraid he's obsessed with that game. Please productive advice only!
