It was really cute. It had a green hooded outfit, a flat face, and when you covered and then uncovered his eyes it giggled or chirped, as well as, the eyes blinking or flashing. I really want to find one of these again, please let me know if you know the name of this toy. It was manufactured in the 1980s or early 1990s.

I think they were called "Chubbles" I remember I had one too. So cute :) Early to mid 80s.
Edited to Add: Just checked Ebay, and yes, that's the name. There are about 4 or 5 listed there.

I think you are talking about the Little bears like thing from the star wars moives . But i can not think of what they are called.
