If you don't have to do it for business any new printer from HP or Epson or any mayor brands will do the job and you'll need a pc and a software to design the cards.
Otherwise I suggest you to design your own a go to a printer in your city... inkjet cartridges are not that cheap and you could use a professional printer!

Any printer will do what you want, however if your doing a large number { like 2,000 + } then a professorial printing service might be in order.
If your make it a full time business then checkout various printer company for what type of heavy duty printer will do your your needs. { check price ,service, and reliability}

If you have a photo editing program, and a printer, you're in business. I do it all the time. I make cards 4X6, as that's the size envelopes I can buy.
