As a avid player myself I am very curious. I have noticed that the attitudes and perceptions have changed over the last few years. I am really interested in anyone who can give my their honest opinion and personal experiences. I am strictly a NL(no limit) player, and am interested in info about live poker room games, not really internet rooms, so I'd perfer reflection from that game if possible. Do you look at her as an equal, do her looks come in as a factor...her age? How about personality, the flirt VS the bit*ch VS the quite mousey type? Does live game play differ from tournaments? Thanks to all who answer, especially those who do it honestly.

I want to buy a DSLR. The Canon EOS 30D is just wonderful, but I've been using Pentaxes for years and have lots of Pentax-compatible lenses and fittings, so I guess I'll stick with Pentax. So which Pentax DSLR will bring me closest to the Canon EOS 30D kind of level (and also that of my current Pentax Z-1)? There seem to be five possibles: *ist DS, *ist DS2, *istDL, *istDL2 and the K100D. But I haven't been able to figure out what level they're on. Many thanks.

I had a kidney/pancreas transplant last year and our family and friends all pitched in to give us - me, my husband, two children (5 and 10) - a two-week vacation anywhere in the continental U.S. Because of my medicatons, I can't be out in the sun for extended periods of time and hot, humid weather makes me very ill. Where can we go as a family that the kids will enjoy, but I will be able to participate in the fun as well?? Time of year doesn't matter but I don't want to spend a fortune.
