Now that you have the bottle, you must venture out back where you went inside Jabu Jabu. Hop the platforms and head to the cave that's on the left wall of the platform where you stood in front of Jabu Jabu. Once inside you have to head through the ice cavern and find the blue flame. It's in a fire pit and the fire is blue. Equip your bottle, and get close to the flame then you bottle it. You'll need the flame to get through the ice cavern, unfreeze King Zora and the item shop in the domain if you want it and eventually continue on with the game. Once you have the flame and you want to unfreeze the King before you defeat the ice cavern, exit the cavern and get close to the king, then open the bottle with the flame and dump it on him. That should unfreeze him.

You need to stand right next to them with an empty bottle then use the bottle. If you're looking for the blue flames, they're in the ice cavern.
