Is it healthy to eat food that is past its "sell buy" or "fresh by" date? I have bread that is a day past the date on the bag, so would it do any harm to consume it? What about other foods?

morning to get into that crack house? Seriously, there are 3 Dunkin Donuts within .5 miles of each other by my house, and in the morning, they are always backing up traffic while all the cars wait to get in the parking lot and try to get out. I hate Dunkin Donutes, damn them!!!!
