As many as u want. It's your wish. But not a lot. I know I love 2 eat chocolate a lot but I kept 2 eat less because I became fat of chocolates. I'm warning u.

I don't like you.

My diet had gone well for two weeks. I passed by the package of chocolate donuts on the way to my treadmill and pushed them out of my mind. Then I sat at my computer and saw your question.

Needless to say -- I've finished off the donuts, a glass of milk, and two bowls of Cap'n Crunch.

My doctor doesn't like you either

do you have a g/f or are you married?? If your married, go ahead eat all you want. If you have a g/f... maybe 1 or 2. If your single and looking then none. Sorry man, every doughnut you eat decreases your chance on getting a decent looking g/f. Unless you have a good metbolism whese you can eat anything and not gain a pound. Donuts of every flavor are really fattening, so only eat 2 if they are big and you won't gain weight, 5 if they are little. Yummy.

Just one a day. It has to be in the morning so your stomach could digest it becasue it's not healthy to eat heavy food at night.

Don't forget to drink milk?

I don't think that you should think about how many a day you can have, maybe how many a month..unless you work off all the calories..no one likes a guy w/a fat a**!

for ur own health sake..just none..but since u really like it..i advise to take it half a day..
man..u'll get fat later on..trust me..
and when u get older..u might get this diabetes or even high blood..
i'm not saying that to eat it is worng..it just u have to think wisely the consequences b4 u eat..

7-9 if u wan a overweight lifestyle
10-15or more=u wan to be obese and lead a lifestyle full of disease
