Popcorn is always good. A slice of good cheese with a cut up apple. Any fresh fruit. A quesseida (sp) ' case -a-dee-yah' is always good and quick. A flour tortilla with shredded cheese maybe a sprinkle of chicken topped with another tortilla and bake or nuke it. Top with sour cream and salsa. Hmmmm, I think I know what I'm making for dinner!

If you'd like to not eat too much junkie stuff & you wanna stay full for a little bit, then I would suggest something like peanut butter on some crackers, or one of those packs of cheese crackers with peanut butter on them. The peanut butter is protein so it will help you feel a little more full for longer. Also, a peanut butter & banana sandwich. Peanuts. LOL. Okay, if your allergic to peanuts, then you're screwed. Just kidding. But those are just my suggestions!

Toast half an English muffin. Spread some pizza sauce on it and add some mozzarella cheese and any toppings you like. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds... let it cool and enjoy.

A bowl of cereal and some fruit. That always fills me up for awhile. Or peanut butter on crackers and a cup of yogurt.
