Actually I have, at the store yesterday.
Take a gander:

They stopped making them for a while, I even answered another question on here before about the wonderful tasty jello pudding pops, it seems to be a fave amoung many-the power of the fans!
You can also just make your own, pretty simple.

they were pulled from the market in the 90's.... and have returned to the market.
They are in NC... at Food Lion grocery store
here's a recipe I found:
2 cups cold chocolate milk
1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla
* 5 or Less Ingredients Frozen Desserts
* United States Frozen Desserts
* Low Protein Frozen Desserts
* Summer Frozen Desserts
* Chocolate Frozen Desserts
1. Beat milk, vanilla and mix for 2 minutes.
2. Spoon into paper or plastic cups.
3. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into each for handle.
4. Freeze 5 - 7 hours.
5. To remove pop from cup run under warm water for 15 seconds.
6. Don't twist or pull on the stick when removing!
7. You can also experiment with add in's - sprinkles, peanuts, marshmallows, chocolate chips, etc.

http://www.breyers.com/locator/
Go to the site above, then follow the directions.
Here's how you can find out where to buy them near you:
1. Select "Popsicle"
2. Select "Jell-O Pudding Pops"
3. Enter your zip code
4. Select how far you're willing to go to get them (turned out there were 6 stores in a 5 mile radius of my place- woohoo!)
Find them!
And enjoy- I discovered their triumphant (yet not widely-enough publicised) return over a year ago and have been celebrating ever since!

I just asked my co-workers this the other day. No one has seen them for years up here.
I really miss them!! My favorite were the swirled ones with vanilla and chocolate.

We used to buy them all the time, and I totally forgot about them. I haven't seen any around here. Maybe it's for the best. There are plenty of other sugary things we eat regularly, but thanks for the memory!
