My husband works outdoors and does not have anyplace to keep his lunch cool, the ice packs only seem to last so long and he works ALL day. What are some good lunch items that will not spoil in this terrible heat yet are nurtitious and filling? We have tried the Tuna cups, and are looking for some other things like that?

Why did Jell-O ever stop making them? They were the best thing about summer when I was a kid.

I've tried freezing pudding on a stick to get the same effect, but it's just not quite the same.

Does anyone have a recipe for Jell-O Pudding Pops or an explanation for why the company stopped making them?
