Who invented the hot dog stand cart?

Anyone know? Did it start in Chicago with Vienna Beef?

According to this site it was Harry Stevens in 1901.
His company is still the concessionaire to a number of NY area sports teams
And Oscar Meyer has the first portable cart

Oscar Mayer rolled out the first portable Hot Dog cart, they called it the Wiener mobile and the rest as they say is history
