Most sources I've seen said to store in the refrigerator, but some say to store tightly wrapped in plastic, and others say loosely wrapped in wax paper so the cheese can "breate"? Does anybody know the best way to store cheese? I am most interested in hard cheeses, like cheddar.

i say it depends on whether you've just poured it, or if you've already drinken from it. if you just poured it to the midpoint, it's half full. if you filled it and then drank from it, it's half empty.

(i know drinken is not a word, all you spell-check nazis)

I think it would be really neat if I could bite into a boiled egg once in a while and get an even bite of yolk and white.

this is just an example. The question goes to any product (OJ, Milk, etc) that is frozen beyond the exp. date and then thawed and used. How do we know the shelf life after the exp. date?
