i say it depends on whether you've just poured it, or if you've already drinken from it. if you just poured it to the midpoint, it's half full. if you filled it and then drank from it, it's half empty.

(i know drinken is not a word, all you spell-check nazis)

My Aunt asked that same question at the dinner table a month or so ago. She said it depends on where you are in the process. If you're pouring it, then it is half full. If you are drinking it, it is half empty.

I prefer to always keep my glass half full and down the rest before it can become half empty! Or keep adding to the half full glass!

Well, if I am really thirsty, the glass is half empty. If I am not particularly thirsty, the glass is half full and I am not enjoying the thought of polishing it off. Right now, my glass is half empty because it is hot and I am thirsty.

My glass is always half full.....that is just the way I look at life......if is thought that is was always half empty I would be one of those girls that always wants more...

Supposedly:

and the realist will say it's simply a half glass
