I eat about 5-6 meals a day * cereals are low sugar spec. K, cheerio's, corn flakes etc
5am- coffee, vitamin
7AM- Hot cereal
9am- cold cereal, or buttered bagel
11;30am- cold cereal
3pm peanuts & coffee
6pm - a healthy balanced meal, low fat meat like chicken, turkey meatballs etc, 2 types of veggie
sometimes a scoop of ice cream, or fresh fruit, but i drink too much coffee, don't drink alcohol at all, occasional pull on the "Giggle smoke"

As every other italian I have 3 meals everyday.
Breakfast (usually coffee or cappuccino with cookies or cake or cereals) as soon as we wake up.
Lunch (a fast meal if you're working or a big one on sunday)
Dinner a (3 courses if you didnt get a big lunch, or something light, like a soups or cheese or prosciutto and salami or salads if you had a big lunch)

No, I typically eat a meal around 1pm, then I have a piece of fruit around 8 or 9pm, and that's usually it.

I don't eat breakfast because I don't like breakfast food, and I usually a full lunch or dinner but not both.

I usually eat whenever i feel like it.
But I heard, that if you dont eat as much as you usually do, your metabolism can slow down.
