I mean I can only ask this much!
I need your help!
The one who helps and gives me the best foods only is the 1 who gets 10 ponts for a week, that would be answering my questions!

Today is the 4th of August, and you say that you want to lose 20 or 30 pounds before 21st August, that's only 17 days. It is so dangerous to lose weight that quickly, it places a huge strain on your heart and can actually cause heart failure resulting in death. Please try to be realistic, the most weight you should lose in 17 days is around 8 - 10 pounds. You must eat sensibly, if you reduce your food intake too drastically your body will go into starvation mode and you will find it even more difficult to lose those extra pounds. Stick to a healthy diet low in fat and processed foods, no more than 2ozs of meat or cheese 3 times daily or 4ozs of fish, never skip breakfast, try having a low fat/low sugar yogurt and a banana. Don't eat any junk such as pastries, burgers, french fries or chips. Avoid all sugary drinks, use skimmed milk instead of semi-skimmed, grill your food instead of frying and never eat too late in the evening.
I wish you all the best but please be very careful. Maybe it would be a good idea to see a dietician as you obviously are not very knowledgeable about dieting.

I just lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks....the first 2 weeks you have to have only 1 soda a day, drink 3 gallons of water a day (do this so that by day three you can be at home, cuz your going to use the bathroom like a mad man)...you HAVE to do the water. Buy a super big jar of pickles,,,you can eat as many as you want, they have no caloric value...I ate beans and veggies and salad like a loon...I also ate olives and pepperoncini....

And ANY beans, prepared however you like.

After 2 weeks of water you can cut back to about a gallon and a half a day....
then just maintain it, I am.

Have you ever tried the 3 day diet? My husband is a recruiter and they give it out to people who need to lose weight fast. I tried it I must admitt I didn't follow it exactly but I did lose 5 pounds in 1 week!! Hey it's worth a try.

You're talking about a period less than 3 weeks. Losing 20 lbs in such a short time is impossible, unless you're sick. The only other option is to cut off one of your arms, or eat laxatives daily. Euww!

lots of fish and leafy green veggies stay away from complex carbs (ANYTHING THAT SAYS WHITE)and lots of water
