I think it is a myth because when I drink cold beverages in the summer, I dont feel any cooler. In fact, I think I sweat harder sometimes when I do drink cold liquids.

We've been to several stores, but all or most foods appear to contain a certain amount of sugar. Does anyone know of a store that sells sugar free foods that people with diabetes are allowed to consume? Tried even Trader Joe's and unfortunately, their selection was very limited.
