I think I bought my party supplies too early, and now I might be having a different party because my other plan might not work out. So, if I have to go with a different party, that means I won't use the things we got- and my parents won't be too happy about that. Will party supply stores let me return items if they haven't been opened?

My husbands family will be visiting on April 21....about 41 people. I'd like to do most of the food preparation myself. Any caterers out there that may have a few meal ideas and thoughts on how to have the party run as smooth as possible? Lots of liquor, right? Also, they're coming from out of town, so no one will have the means to offer to bring food.

Hi. My daugter is turning 8 soon and I was wondering if anyone had any neat Bday party ideas? Most the kids around here have really neat parties or they go to a really nice place to have the party. I just can't come up with any ideas?? We have a large back yard and if the weatehr is nice we could do something outside?? The normal cook-out party doesn't seem fun though?? Any ideas??

I run a social group for girls in London and try and arrange get togethers to welcome new members as the idea behind it is to make new friends, connect with like-minded girls of a similar age and improve their social lives.
The next get together is only a few weeks away and I am trying to find a venue that will accommodate about 25 people. Preferably a nice bar in a central or riverside location where I'll be able to book an area so we can have nice drinks, maybe something to eat. As it's at lunchtime; somewhere that opens from about 1pm
Can anyone make some recommendations as I'm running out of ideas!
