you have alot of possibilities to work with, make him just a simple steak over the grill (George foreman is great) add a little garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook it to your desired temp. Make a small salad to go with it that has just basic lettuce, with croutons, cheese, and black olives, mix it all up with some italian dressing. And a baked potato on the side, its a simple meal that won't take long and its healthy! Place the salad in its own bowl, put the potato and steak on the same plate. (A little trick if your steak is slightly dry, just put a little butter on the top while still warm and the butter will melt and add a little juice). Good Luck!

I recommend buying some nice steaks and seasoning them with Tony Chachara's creole seasoning or whatever seasonings you like. On the side broccoli and fried potatoes [you can use russet and sweet. It tastes amazing] Also choose some sweet soft dinner rolls. I recommend Hawaiian King rolls.

Do steak Fajitas, they even have it in the frozen foods dept.
All you have to do is cook. Try some fresh ingredients for the toppings

Just ask him what he likes to eat tonight....and then try to make it or just go out and eat..
Personally I like steak and potatoes, it's filling, tastes great, and somewhat cheap..:)

try making a healthy and delicious rice stir fry:]
just make the rice and get some packaged chicken wings or some frozen shrimp and just cook and mix.
just add some bell peppers and what ever else you would enjoy:D
