My favorite dinner is roast beef with a side of greens and mashed potatoes and gravy with a homemade roll. I make it for myself and invite my friends over.

That's so hard to narrow down. I like Texas smoked beef brisket but I like Chinese food and Japanese food and I love TexMex (I am a Texan). My husband is French so I make some French dishes too. He likes Chicken in jelly and roast lamb
I cook everything, I lived in France and Bologna, Italy. My Dad was a great Chinese cook (he was not Chinese though) and My Mom did TexMex and Cajun cooking. I was literally born on the bayou so it's hard for me to separate myself from TexMex and Cajun dishes like gumbo, etouffe, Tamale pie, TexMex goulash, etc.

Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Cumberland Sauce, or maybe Sweet Mango Chutney .....
and some cake with spirits for dessert with coffee and a chocolate after dinner mint ..
I like 2 others, but this one I can eat quite often without tiring of it ...

filet mignon wrapped in bacon (med rare), baked potatoe with butter, sour cream and chives, a side of green beans (fresh and still a bit crunchy), red wine (shiraz) with creme brulee for desert. I am hungry now!
