RSVP (your all invited to attend,) (got a box of clip ons everyone the Dollar Store had..so no tie no problem) guest will feast on Banquet Salbury Steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Cooked to perfection for two minutes. Served in a microwaveable dish..thats your to take home (thought it would be a nice touch, keep sake)

would you go thru the trouble of closing the lid? naw. that would just make them hungry for cake and pastries. i usually leave everything open and when the jar is empty, ask the hand to simply replace what they eat. sometimes people need to eat and kindness goes a long way - yup, even in this ol world. would u do the same?

in my school we (10th grade) have to prepare a farewell play (with videos, dances, songs and anything we like - we have to get creative for this :P) for the ones leaving school and heading to universities (11th grade) so i thought it might be nice to organize it with tables and small snacks and drinks on them so they can delight themselves while getting nostalgic. but im sure we wont be allowed to buy expensive things nor alcoholic drinks, so i need to know what could we give them?

no hot food.

there will be about 40 adults.

want something different for a change b/c we have these parties once a month and the same food shows up.

we already have the following which is boring to me but i can't tell people not to bring it:

spinach dip
salsa & chips
hummus & veggies
cheese & crackers
fruit & dip
shrimp cocktail
7 layer dip & chips
diet soda cake (i'm making that)

I give dinner parties fairly often but, I'm having brunch for 12 today. I enjoy the dinner parties but, I find brunch to be informal and fun. I'm on a coffee break now, better get back to my 'prep' work. Do you agree that the prep for brunch is easier than a dinner party?

Ok people, I really need you to come through for me on this one. My sweet 16 is in less than a month. I want to have a party, there would be between 10-15 kids invited (boys and girls, of course) Pretty low budget, parental supervision. Not at my house, its too small.
I mainly want it to be memorable. Any theme ideas? I heard of a mafia one, hahaha that would be grand. Murder mystery? Places to have it? Resturant? I think a hall would be a bit much for such a small crowd. Hotel party? No lula party, I want it to be funny if anything.
I really need your advice!!!
Thank you in advance

Ok, so a girlfriend asked me about party ideas for her sorority's party this weekend. I suggested a Dateline: To Catch A Predator theme where the guys bring condoms, cigarettes, and wine coolers. She didn't think it was too great. What do you guys think?

The mom-to-be is having a girl, and loves the color pink. But, she's a city girl and doesn't like anything too cutesy or shower like. She does not like baby games and the shower is co-ed.

Help! Does anyone have any ideas for menu, decorations, or themes?
