the 1st cake recipe is to mix the dry ingrendients 1st, then crack the egg and all liquid, then bake ( from cupcake recipe, turns out nicely)

the 2nd is to mix eggs, sugar and butter until its stiff, then add the dry ingrendients ( from cake recipe, turns out badly....too dense, not develop well.)

i tought cupcake has the same method as both are "cakes"
......
well....can i use the cupcake batter to make a cake?

why do they have different method? is there any certain effect to achieve?

Guys can anyone give me an idea of what to cook for dinner , you see the whole dillema is that I live with my boyfriend and I cook because besides being my passion and what I want to do for a living one day it affects me when he says my food sucks I love the fact that he is straight foward but lately he says my food sucks so I wanted to know if anyone has a good simple yet tasty recipe suggestion to give me , has to be some thing out of the ordinary yet simple to make.

Thanks for the help

Have you noticed that since becoming vegetarian/vegan, your periods have become a bit different than what they used to be? I absolutely LOVE the changes, but am just wondering if it's common... no more cramps, lighter flow, less or no PMS, voila!

I was hoping to get it husked, cleaned, and soaking before I went to work - that would be about 8 hours. Is that too long to soak it?

When I drink and have sex with my girl friend I normally get late....at least I can stand for about 45 minutes til i get the first ejaculation. On non-drinking days, sadly I lose the juice in just 15 minutes...so there goes....and proves that drinking is a good component for sex....Is this true?

When you make two pieces of toast do you eat the best looking piece out of the two first or do you save the best one until last?? lol Maybe some of you dont give it that much thought?! My bf and i had this conversation yesterday whilst eating crackers with different toppings. He said he saves the best looking one til last to end on a good one if you like?! ... but i dive in and eat the best looking one first and everything after that is a bonus...!

This may not make any sense to any of you, but to those that do think about it, what do you do???? :)
