Not at all,
Monounsaturated Fat, Zinc and Selenium, 2% daily Iron, and high quality proteins! No butter, with a salad and a granary roll? Sounds like a fairly nutritional meal to me.
1.3%Saturated Fat is not that much, 6% of the daily recommended value. Seriously, I love corned beef and cabbage in March. It is so hard to find the rest of the year.

At about 30% fat, corned beef is one of the most healthy forms of processed meat and has a lower fat content than some unprocessed meat cuts. If you wish to eat meat in your roll, this is a good choice.

Well, yes, because of the high fat content, but a corned beef sandwich (not corned beef from a can) occasionally may not be that bad.

You only have to look at it when it comes out of the tin, the fat on the side. A standard 340g tin contains 14g of of fat 7g of which saturates. But, if you only have it now and again its fine.

Everythings good in moderation. I would add some lettuce, tomato and mustard as well so it is not too rich.
