I don't know what to make.

I have some chops that I want to use, and I feel like mashed potatoes.

Help with different ways to cook lamb chops.......I really don't feel like frying them.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

My Indian friend, Raj Kumar used to comment on how dirty or clean the rice was wherever he would eat. Do you think cleaning your rice by rinsing it improves it? Raj thought so!
