I have liked a guy in my office for over 2 years now. He is really cute, funny, intelligent etc etc. Few obsticles in the way are: I have a child, he is 8 years younger than me, we work really closely together and I don't want to jeopordise that relationship. I told him 2 years ago that I liked him and he didn't speak to me for 3 weeks. We flirt constantly and he's always coming over to my desk to chat, I just don't know how or even if I should take it further. Help please!!!!

My friend "met" a guy from USA through a marriage portal. They keep chatting for hours on end. He has dropped 1-2 hints but also keeps saying that god knows what will happen. They talk like frenz, pretty casual stuff, he appreciates her maturity and good nature. sometimes he appears pretty serious, but only sometimes. they seem to be a good match, as persons and family background etc. he says he's planning to come early next year to india. She's waiting for him to "pop the question"!! Wat do you think.......is he interested???

Hi everyone.. There is a guy who really likes me, and he's nice, but he's so needy, and kind of a loser. He's 28 and still lives at home with his parents. He doesn't have a job, and when I ask him how the job search is going, he says he isn't even looking. He spends his days playing on the internet, playing video games or watching cartoons. Everytime we talk he asks me if I missed him, even though we may have talked earlier in the day. I've tried to tell him that I'm not interested in him as a boyfriend and he just ignores me. I'm a professional woman, I don't live at home with mommy & daddy, I work hard for everything I have and it's really annoying to me to have some guy be so "clingy". He lets people walk all over him, he doesn't stand up for himself at all, he has no opinion what-so-ever and I've tried to be nice, but now he's gone all stalker. I don't know what to do. He's a good guy and an good friend, but I don't want him as my boyfriend. What do I do??

If you knew someone had a crush on you and they asked for your myspace url, would you give it to the person? What are your reasons for not giving it to them? Also, i don't think you have to romantically like a person to add them as your mysapce friend...he/she can be just an aquaintace friend.

So I'm a junior in HS and the guy I like is a sophomore.The thing is I already knew he was kind of screwed up,like he drinks and stuff but I like him so I dont mind.Sohe is always looking at me and once I looked at him and he turned suddenly and pretended he wasn't.Also I've seen his friends point me out to him and stuff.But I have to go up and talk to him every day he never approaches me, but he always keeps the conversation going and pays attention and tries to make me laugh and stuff.I asked a girl who's known him a while and she says he's always been really laid back and lazy like that, that just cause he doesn't approach me doesn't mean he doesn't like me.I asked him out and he said sure so we were gonna do something yesterday and I called his house Friday to make plans but he didn't answer so I left a message.I went out and he called,so I called him back sunday and this guy(who I think was drunk)said he's in the hospital from getting too drunk.I still like him,do I ask him again?

It's my birthday today I'm upset, I've done nothing special. My fiance sprawled out watching football, left me to entertain our daughter all day and then had a go at me and made me cry, he also made me cook tea and we are now not talking. He gets me so angry, he completely neglects our daughter (14 months) and lets her cry for ages before he goes to her, he expects me to do everything while he lounges about, I just wanted a day off. Sorry this is more of a rant than a question, does anyone ever feel the same?

My girlfriend and I broke up 4 months ago after being together for 3 years. She dated someone right after we broke up and they broke up after 2 months of being together, and still talk. We have been hanging out and talking on the phone everyday and she has told me that she loves me and still has feelings for me but she doesn't know if she wants to get back together with me. I love her and have feelings for her. I have always thought of her as the person i wanted to spend the rest of my life with. She just wants to be friends right now and hang out and talk on the phone which is causing problems though because its hard to be just friends when I still have feelings for her, and she gets upset when I ask her if she would think about us getting back together. I told her yesterday I needed time without seeing her or talking to her to lose my feelings for her so we could just be friends and she got upset but now says she understands. What is going on? Is this the right thing to do?

If a guy says a girl is pretty but that he has no attraction to her, how can that be? Aren't guys attracted to many girls, not to mention pretty ones?

I’ve been friends with this woman for years. She wanted to date me-so we dated for a few months. Then, she decides she just wants to be friends again. I was hurt-so I tell her I want to distance myself for a while to heal. She got angry with me. We kept going out just like before (now as “friends”) with only a kiss and hug every now and then. Other than her job and family, she spends the rest of her free time with me. She told me that nobody has shown love/concern for her like me-possibly including her own mother. She has had only abusive relationships with guys and was sexually abused as a child. She even told her therapist that I would be the perfect boyfriend, but she won’t go there. She told me that she has never had such an in depth connection with anyone like me-male or female. What’s up? I don’t get it.

Well i did like this guy at work. But then my friend who also works with me said she kissed him and I was surprised. But she said it felt weird but she still wants to get with him. So now everytime I see him i look away or keep the conversation short so she won't get mad me. So should i just not talk to him? I recently attended a party hosted by the guy that I like. I know he has a GF (she was at the party). As he walked around playing "good host" he would look at me and make SEVERAL attempts to listen to my conversations I had with some of his male guests ( he didn't when I talked to females). I have an anxiety about asking a girl out. I am afraid that I will be humiliated, so instead of being embarassed, I will avoid asking any girls out for the rest of my life. I like a girl, but I have no chance with her, so the hell with her. I have liked many girls before, but I have no chance with any girl in my school, so the hell with all of them. I will just wait for them to come to me. if they don't, then no one will get me. It is hard to ask a girl out, because I don't know many attractive girls personally. No girl would like me anyway, plus if I did manage to somehow miraculously get a girl, I would have to put up with my parents being in the way all the time, and making comments like "oh, you have a girlfriend, that's cute" or something stupid like that. So, I will never ask a girl out. I have low self esteem, and I don't want to fix it. What should I do?
